As an Entry Level Charity Events Assistant , you’ll support nonprofit campaigns and events by:
Assisting with planning, setup, and execution of charity events, fundraisers, and community campaigns
Coordinating event logistics , including registration, signage, volunteer support, and on-site operations
Engaging donors, volunteers, and the public to share nonprofit missions and encourage participation
Managing promotional materials, event supplies, and communications for smooth execution
Collecting and updating donor and participant information ; supporting post-event follow-ups
Collaborating with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure successful campaigns
Participating in training and team meetings to build your skills in outreach and event management

Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced, public-facing roles

18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus: Experience in customer service, hospitality, fundraising, or event coordination is a plus but not required.
