Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cruise Coordinator to join our team! This is an exciting business opportunity offering competitive commissions and the chance to work in the travel industry. As a Cruise Coordinator, you will assist clients in planning and booking their dream cruise vacations. You'll work closely with cruise lines, manage reservations, and ensure all travel arrangements meet client expectations. This role is ideal for self-starters with a passion for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences, travel needs, and budgets.
- Research and recommend cruise options, itineraries, and packages that align with client desires.
- Make cruise reservations, handle payments, and ensure all booking details are accurate.
- Maintain relationships with major cruise lines to stay updated on deals, promotions, and itinerary changes.
- Provide clients with pre-departure information, including travel documents, packing tips, and destination insights.
- Address any concerns or special requests from clients to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the booking process and during the cruise.
- Assist with post-cruise follow-ups to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and cruise ship updates to offer expert advice.
