About the Role

Are you passionate about precision and craftsmanship? As a Deburr Hand Finisher – Level 2 , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our parts meet the highest quality standards. You’ll work with advanced tools, interpret blueprints, and deliver flawless finishes that make a real impact in our production process.

What You’ll Do

  • Transform raw parts into smooth, safe components by removing sharp edges
  • Read and follow detailed traveler instructions
  • Use a variety of deburr hand tools and machines, including sandblast and tumble equipment
  • Measure, document, and maintain production standards
  • Interpret intermediate blueprints and handle tight tolerances with confidence
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a safe environment
  • Take ownership of quality by completing discrepant tags and accurate counts
  • Collaborate with a team that values precision and excellence

Qualifications
