Proven ability to assist HR Director with employee relations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or High School Diploma (required); SHRM-CP, CAP Certification, SHRM-SCP Certification, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Administration (preferred)
Minimum (3) years experience in a Human Resource role. (Required)
Minimum (3) experience recruiting talent and staffing teams. (Required)
Minimum (3) experience in Compliance, Policy, and Benefits Management. (Required)
Minimum (3) collaborating with management for designing development and performance monitoring systems. (Required)
Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles. (Required)
