Medical Device company located in Chino, California is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team!
The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to sell our range of medical devices. This individual will focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing deals via phone, email, and other digital communication channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of leads, inquiries, and existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products from the company’s portfolio.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to learn and understand complex medical products and explain them to customers.
- Proficiency with CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
