Job Summary: Senior Helpers, a leading home care company in Richland, WA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an In-home Caregiver. This is a part-time, which can work up to fulltime if desired, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, within the franchise industry. As an In-home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to seniors in their homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17 to $23 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, you will have opportunities for growth and advancement within our company. • Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
• Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's health or well-being
• Communicate regularly with the client's family and Senior Helpers staff to provide updates and ensure quality care
• Follow all safety protocols and report any concerns or issues to your supervisor

Requirements:

• Active CNA or HCA license in the state of Washington.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and able to handle the physical demands of the job
• Willingness to adhere to Senior Helpers' policies and procedures
