Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on digital marketing efforts to drive online product sales, with a strong emphasis on collecting and analyzing conversion data and optimizing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, and more.
• Manage and optimize marketing funnels through tools like Clickfunnels and Zapier, ensuring seamless automation and integration.
• Schedule, test, and analyze the performance of marketing emails, text messages, and other digital pushes.
• Track and report on conversion data to provide insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support various marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall goals.
• Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate scheduling for webinars, meetings, and other events through Zoom.
• Work with HubSpot to manage CRM and email marketing efforts, ensuring proper segmentation, targeting, and automation.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online product sales and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Clickfunnels, HubSpot, Zapier, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead generation, email marketing, and campaign analysis.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
