Responsibilities

• Review and edit written materials for clarity grammar and punctuation.
• Ensure consistency in style and formatting throughout all documents.
• Check technical terminology and ensure accuracy in content.
• Collaborate with content creators to address any inconsistencies or areas needing improvement.
• Maintain a systematic approach to proofreading with proper documentation of changes and suggestions.
• Adhere to deadlines while ensuring the highest quality of work.
• Provide feedback and assist in creating proofreading guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong command of the English language including grammar and punctuation.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus on the task at hand.
• Prior experience in proofreading or editing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Proficient with various word processing tools and software.
