· Develop and lead quality assurance strategies that ensure product safety, consistency, and compliance.
· Establish and communicate clear quality standards across departments.
· Oversee product testing, inspections, and corrective actions.
· Analyze quality data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and internal policies.
· Lead third-party and customer audit processes with confidence and precision.
· Manage and mentor a team of quality control technicians across multiple shifts.
· Own and maintain the company’s food safety plan.
· Build and scale a high-performing QA team.
· Manage the product sample program and support R&D initiatives.
· Promote continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.
·5+ years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
·3+ years of experience managing teams in a manufacturing or food production setting.
· Proven success leading SQF audits and maintaining food safety certifications.
· Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
· Ability to lead across multiple shifts and collaborate cross-functionally.
