Job Purpose:

As a Senior Product Designe r, you will drive the design of intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences across our product suite. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, ideate solutions, and deliver high-quality designs from concept to launch. This opportunity will allow you to:

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
    • OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design
    • OR e quivalent experience with a well built portfolio of shipped products or services
  • 4+ years experience shipping products, services, or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • Experience mentoring designers and collaborating in cross-functional teams

Product Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of user experiences from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to define and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  • Present and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mentor and support designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
