Job Description

Team Details:

• Dynamics: Team members work independently but engage in peer programming throughout the day
• Location: Cincinnati

Non-Negotiables:

• Top 3 Skills: Azure Databricks, Python, and Spark
• Ex-Wallmart/Kroger/Microsoft or Any retail/ecommerce like will be ideal/Preffered
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and collaboration within an agile team

Negotiables:

• Contract Duration: 6 months

Additional Requirements:

• The candidate must be located in Cincinnati and available to work in-office 4 days a week. Remote work will not be considered. However, the manager is open to candidates willing to relocate to Cincinnati by Day 1.
• Working Hours: EST 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexibility available for exceptional talent)

Interview Process:

• Initial screening conducted by the Hiring Manager and Team Lead
• Candidates passing the first round will proceed to a second technical deep-dive interview
• Interviews to begin scheduling on 6/30

Prescreening Details:

• Manual prescreening with 3 specific questions provided by the Hiring Manager. Please note, these prescreens are unique and cannot be reused.
