This position requires leadership in technical delivery, collaborating closely with developers and coaching junior team members towards senior-level proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on Lightning UI/UX.
- Lead migrations and integrations, ensuring smooth technical transitions.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth into accomplished team members.
- Utilize expertise in Salesforce architecture to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience, preferably with 9+ years in architectural roles.
- Proficiency in Lightning App Builder and developing Lightning components.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification (desired; candidates without certification will be considered).
- Experience in Ecommerce, B2B, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Azure, or Jenkins.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with Service Cloud implementations.
- Background in Ecommerce platforms.
