About the Role
The Practice Manager plays a key leadership role in the hospital, overseeing daily operations, supporting an engaged and collaborative team, and ensuring a positive culture built on trust and communication. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the business and people side of veterinary medicine—driving operational success while fostering a healthy, happy workplace.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop hospital staff through recruiting, training, and mentorship
Partner with leadership and finance to manage budgets and analyze key performance indicators
Oversee workflow, scheduling, and hospital operations to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
Maintain inventory, safety, and compliance systems
Support a culture of collaboration, quality care, and continuous improvement
About You
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous experience as a Practice Manager (veterinary or human healthcare preferred)
Ability to analyze data and make sound operational decisions
Financial acumen, including experience reviewing P&L statements
A passion for team culture, client service, and compassionate patient care
Compensation
$68,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
