Under supervision of the Senior Associate Athletic Director - Compliance, the Assistant Athletics Director - Compliance will assist in ensuring compliance with University, all sports conference affiliations, and the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) rules and regulations.
The Assistant Athletics Director - Compliance will work with specific sports determined upon arrival and be responsible for specific areas of the compliance program based on experience and expertise. The Assistant Athletics Director - Compliance will interact and collaborate with student-athletes, coaches, staff, and other LMU constituents to ensure shared responsibility and an effective culture of compliance.

NCAA, Conference, and University Rules Compliance
Conduct all aspects of program in accordance with the rules and policies established by Loyola Marymount University, the Athletics Department, all Sports Conference Affiliations, and the national Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
Complete all rules compliance information as required.
Participate in an annual evaluation of adherence to rules compliance (LMU, Athletic Department, Sports Conference Affiliations, NCAA) with immediate supervisor.
